“I have this radio in my Jeep Wrangler and wanting to install a back up camera. Do I have to have Jeep dealership to program anything once it’s installed? If I don’t will the camera automatically come on when I put vehicle in reverse. Thanks”

No to the dealer and if it's hooked up to your reverse back up light or to ground on your shifter the camera will come on. I hooked it up to. A switch instead. You can also connect a second camera through the av port.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as whomever installed the radio connected the wiring harness the correct way, it should be coming on now when you put it in reverse. It will just show a black screen with the parking assists lines. If not then you will have to just retrace the wires and connect that wire.
