• Yes. The plugs for the Factory XM are not able to plug into the new radio, It is possible for the antenna to be used with an adapter in some cases, some you have to run a new antenna. XM ready just means the radio has the correct port to plug in the new tuner. You also have to call xm and have the account switched to the new tuner
