• I do not use Sirius but the radio says it has it so you should not need any add-ons unless you do not have the correct antenna

• It's an add on. I thought it was part of the unit also until they went to install it. tack on another almost $200 for it. Even the factory XM isn't built into the factory stereo. it's a separate module which I didn't know. And apparently you can't reuse it.
