QuestionIs this radio equipped with a USB input so that I can access Apple Carplay? My vehicle does not have a USB port.

- Answer The USB port is located on the back of the unit. The unit came with a USB extension cable, to extend from the back to the front. Most installers will run the cable to the glove box or center console.

QuestionWould this work for a 2013 Dodge Durengo?

- Answer If the Durengo can accomodate a double DIN radio, then yes. Get a 2nd opinion please. I bought this to allow me to hook up a 1TB SSD M.2 drive so I can listen to my library and not pay subscription pricing. The NEX in the model number said it could handle NTFS format. It did not. FAT32. But had to install a 3rd party app (guiformat) to format the drive.

- Answer It will fit. When you remove your factory radio. You just have to trim the top lip on dash about 1/2 inch. I Just Installed one exactly like this on my 2002 Ford F-150. Don't know about the CD Changer. I think you have to buy a separate cable. Good luck.

- Answer Yes. Its pretty much plug and play. I connect with the usb that runs from the back of the stereo. Start the car and it automatically mirrors your cell phone. Its easy and pretty cool. I hope this helps!

- Answer I can’t answer that question but I do know for the dvd player to work on its screen itself the car has to be in park, will not play if the car is in gear or moving. That is their free distraction feature.

QuestionWill this fit a 2000 Chevy Silverado extended cab without special implements?. The website says it will but then one of the guys says no. That I have to purchase a dash to make it fit. Plus harness, plus an antenna adapter.

- Answer The Pioneer AVH-2550NEX has enough memory to operate Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smoothly and efficiently. Please remember, no apps, or images, or videos are stored on the in-dash receiver. All apps etc... are stored and operated by the phone. The in-dash receiver works as a touch screen display to access your phone.

QuestionI tried to buy this radio at the Concord New Hampshire store around 9/9/2022. Geek squad refused to install it, why? My vehicle was a 2020 Nissen Frontier and the radio does fit it. Capital car Audio in Epsom NH, installed one with no issues!!
