- Answer The AVH-2550NEX has good visibility in day or night. During the day, most LCD screens will be hard to see, based on where they are located in the dash and if you use polarized sunglasses. I would suggest visiting a local Best Buy store and seeing the screen for yourself. Also, the Geek Squad can inspect your vehicle and make the best suggestion.

- Answer Yes, the AVH-2550NEX has a spectrum analyzer option for the background. It will pulse with the music. If needed, contact our Product Support at 1-800-421-1404, select option 1. They can walk you through the setup.

- Answer The USB port is located on the back of the unit. The unit came with a USB extension cable, to extend from the back to the front. Most installers will run the cable to the glove box or center console.

QuestionWould this work for a 2013 Dodge Durengo?

- Answer If the Durengo can accomodate a double DIN radio, then yes. Get a 2nd opinion please. I bought this to allow me to hook up a 1TB SSD M.2 drive so I can listen to my library and not pay subscription pricing. The NEX in the model number said it could handle NTFS format. It did not. FAT32. But had to install a 3rd party app (guiformat) to format the drive.

- Answer It will fit. When you remove your factory radio. You just have to trim the top lip on dash about 1/2 inch. I Just Installed one exactly like this on my 2002 Ford F-150. Don't know about the CD Changer. I think you have to buy a separate cable. Good luck.

- Answer Yes. Its pretty much plug and play. I connect with the usb that runs from the back of the stereo. Start the car and it automatically mirrors your cell phone. Its easy and pretty cool. I hope this helps!

- Answer I can’t answer that question but I do know for the dvd player to work on its screen itself the car has to be in park, will not play if the car is in gear or moving. That is their free distraction feature.
