Can enjoy all features of Bluetooth with this unit. 
When plugging phone into CarPlay feature, you can mirror phones gps on screen of unit. As well as watch movies, YouTube, etc

The back of the receiver has a usb wire which you bring forward for direct usb connection to your phone. You have your phone on the screen. You then push a button and tell siri to call ‘mom’ and it calls for you. And if you decide to use Bluetooth then you can use that too. As far as you’re car you must have the correct dash console to fit the 7inch receiver. I have a 2007 Tundra. Had to buy a dashboard console in order for it to fit the receiver. I love this receiver. Great buy.

Yes, you can play music from your iPhone.

As for whether it will work in a 2012 Buick Enclave, I can’t answer exactly. I will say, however, that the likely answer is “yes.” As long as you have purchased the correct installation adapter kit and the correct wiring harness, it should work.
