“Just had this installed in a 2016 Acadia. The back up camera works, but no longer beeps to give warning when close to something. Also, the lines the usually help guide you when backing up do nothing. They don't move at all. Are these things normal?”

Same experience with the one I installed.got mine on Amazon that is probably my problem Instructions does not specify Tried contact the manufacturer and they did not return my call. It’s been several days now . But because it was an aftermarket product it probably won’t .Just as long as I could see the back as good enough for me, but I know some people, really like the convenience and comfort of the lines and the beeps. Apologize I couldn’t answer your question, but I’m having the same issue
