Yes, it gets HD Radio stations.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this unit plays radio stations. There are 18 presets available for FM and I believe 12 for AM. The stations come in better and sound better than my original radio/ CD player.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This unit had a standard AM/FM receiver as well as a HDR/digital FM. A lot of stations are switching to having both analog and digital and some of the digital stations have several stations available on the digital side on their one alloted frequency like broadcast TV does. The digital stations are awesome and even the analog ones are much better than on my original factory "premium" sound system. It also has connectors where you can buy an external receiver for satellite radio. I must say that the hands free speakerphone is astounding as well. Good price point for an Android Auto display (or iPhone navigation) along with an optional backup and external camera.
