i prefer the USB connection since my phone is canrging while connected.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you using the USB connection or BT to connect the phone? The phone should be connected via the USB cable and the Apple or Android auto app on the phone. If I dont use the USB cable on my Andriod phone it wont take the call via the head unit. I would make an appt with the BESTBUY where you had it installed and have the tech go over the operation with you.
