Hi Liby! The .Audio 355 is a headset designed for Computers or laptops that have a dual 3.5mm connection for microphone and speakers. If your computer has this kind of hardware then the headset should work as long as you select it as default under Playback and recording devices. As for the mute and volume functions from the inline control, we are unable to guarantee they will work since this model was released some time ago and has already been discontinued by the manufacturer. Furthermore, Microsoft no longer supports Skype. Many of our recent models support these soft phones. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, this was not good for my computer with no sound card, I could hear but they couldn't hear me unless I pressed the microphone to my teeth. I needed USB connections which none were to be found at that time. I would suggest Logitech H390 or H540.
