• I think it should. I have used it a lot on my HP laptop for Zoom meetings and I can hear very well!

• Yes, if PC/laptop supports 3,5 mm plug/plugs for spkr/mic. This is not USB. I would not recommend this for Helpdesk work as they press on the earafter 1-2 hours use and cause pain.
