A:AnswerThe voice commands come from your phone, not the headset. I have Android. Once the headset is paired to a phone, pressing the button on the headset for 2 seconds is the same as pressing the HOME button on the phone for 2 seconds, i.e., it invokes the 'assistant' on the phone. I can then speak a command, such as 'call Mary's cell' and the phone executes that command.
The instructions make it sound as though the headset should be replying to your request, when it is actually the phone.
