• One of two things you can do; when you have the ear piece on, use your thumb and you will feel a tab that you can hold and press on the top to increase the volume and on the bottom of that same tab, will turn the volume down. If you've tried that, Check the volume on your phone itself and make sure you have it turned up as well and not on mute. Good luck!
