• Yes. You just simultaneously depress the volume up and volume down buttons on the side.

• The earpiece itself does not have mute, but if the device that it is connected to has mute the sound will be muted.

• We have not tried it, but according to the product directions, the headset can be muted by simultaneously pressing the +/- buttons on the headset.

• No the device can not be muted , it's a very small version of thier top model but clarity is excellent
