A:AnswerIt works with the i6 however, don't buy the M95 model. Get any other Plantrinics model. You will hear great on your end. But everyone else will complain about all the background high pitch noise they'll hear when you talk to them.
A:AnswerI wear glasses with the earpiece and it fits fine, the part that goes around your ear is pretty slim and doesn’t interfere with the arm on my glasses at all
A:AnswerI've used the Bluetooth on a full charge and worked an 8-hour shift, streaming Pandora the whole time and I still had two hours left according to the Bluetooth battery life.
A:AnswerThis model and series does not have the Phone book access profile for Bluetooth. The Plantronics Voyager 3200 and Voyager 5200 has the feature as long as the phone has a Phone book access profile, which most standard Android and IOS phones have.
A:AnswerAn update to my own question, for anyone interested. The earpiece won't connect to two MEDIA devices. It will connect his tablet media, but then the phone's connection is phone calls only - not media. If he tries to connect media from the phone, the tablet media disconnects. This is the biggest problem we were trying to solve, so he can be listening to podcasts (media) on his tablet, and still have phone reminders and text alerts (also MEDIA) - not just phone CALLS - go to the bluetooth rather than play out loud. This device does NOT solve that problem as it can only connect media to one device at a time.
A:AnswerHello mantas, the M95 and M90 are the same headset and have the same features, the only difference is that M95 is the name of the product sold by BestBuy. Feel free to contact us at www.plantronics.com/support if you have other questions!
A:AnswerYou can place the headset in pairing mode by powering it on and then pressing and holding the call control button (it's the "squared" button on the front of the unit) for ~7 seconds until the headset's LED alternates red/blue or you hear "pairing" from your headset.
Please contact us at www.plantronics.com/support if you require assistance with your unit.
A:AnswerIf you purchased it from best by and used a credit card or bank card, they will be able to pull up your purchase via the card number. If you have a rewards account, you will be able to access the transaction from it.
A:AnswerHi Dave! Both devices belong to our M family but the main difference between these two devices is talk time. While the M165 provides up to 7 hours of talk time, the M95 has up to 11 hours of talk time and that the M165 provides voice answer/ignore feature. Both devices belong to older generations of our products, nevertheless many of our customers still use them. We hope you will find this information useful. A:AnswerUnfortunately, the quality of the microphone of most earpieces pick up sound in the immediate area. You're speaking into the open air, it has no way to separate background noise and people speaking into the mic. In other words, It doesn't have noise cancelling. I think you have to wear headphones for that feature.
A:AnswerHi! Yes, the M95 is compatible with any cell phone or tablet that supports Bluetooth Headsets. This model works with both android and iOS. When the earpiece is taken out of the box it should go into pairing mode automatically, but you can also do it manually by pressing and holding the call button for 6-8 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue repeatedly. This means the earpiece is in pairing mode and should be visible under Bluetooth settings on your phone. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at: 1-855-765-7878.
A:AnswerWhen the phone is on "detecting" turn the earpiece on while holding the button down. Do not release the button until you see it connects. Can't believe they didn't put that in the instructions. I did it by trial and error.
A:AnswerYes, all Samsung Galaxy phones are Bluetooth enabled and compatible with our M95 and similar headsets, however, the M95 model does not feature the caller id/caller announce feature. At the moment only our Voyager series headsets feature caller announce, you might want to consider looking at our Voyager Legend, Voyager 3200 and Voyager 5200 if that's a feature you need!
