“my phone wont even pick up or detect my earpiece anyone know why this would happen ? it worked with my old phone but when i got a new phone it just wont show”

• When the phone is on "detecting" turn the earpiece on while holding the button down. Do not release the button until you see it connects. Can't believe they didn't put that in the instructions. I did it by trial and error.
