Hi Dave! Both devices belong to our M family but the main difference between these two devices is talk time. While the M165 provides up to 7 hours of talk time, the M95 has up to 11 hours of talk time and that the M165 provides voice answer/ignore feature. Both devices belong to older generations of our products, nevertheless many of our customers still use them. We hope you will find this information useful.
