“Does this headset only say, "Incoming Call?" I am about to return this if I can't get it to tell me who is calling. The Jabra headsets do it.”

• This model and series does not have the Phone book access profile for Bluetooth. The Plantronics Voyager 3200 and Voyager 5200 has the feature as long as the phone has a Phone book access profile, which most standard Android and IOS phones have.

• No caller ID. It just says "Incoming Call". My old Boom2 would tell me the number of the incoming call which I really liked, Best Buy no longer carries it.
