“How do u make it visible to be paired”

• You can place the headset in pairing mode by powering it on and then pressing and holding the call control button (it's the "squared" button on the front of the unit) for ~7 seconds until the headset's LED alternates red/blue or you hear "pairing" from your headset. • go to website of plantronics, they have the manual download there , will explain it.. usually you turn it on, then hold the call button on the headset down for few seconds, then it becomes visible for pairing

• If you are having trouble pairing it, you can take to Verizon or any phone store, it takes them about 10 seconds to do it. I don't know why some have this problem. I can pair mine, but had to take my sisters to Verizon to get paired.

• You need to turn on your bluetooth settings from your phone first then turn power on of your bluetooth device.

• Again, if you are having this problem,go to nearest Best Buy if you have one . If not take to a phone store. Takes them about 10 seconds. There are just some There are some thay just require it, but so worth it. Enjoy yours. I'm enjoying mine.
