yes it does, I use it to text.. Hands free.

Yes, you can say "call Home" after holding down the button for 2 seconds.

Yes. You have to hold down the big button for a few seconds, then it asks yo to issue a command. ie. "call Suzy." It's hit and miss though.

Hello- The M95 does not include Vocalist; however, voice dialing is a feature of most mobile phones. All Plantronics Bluetooth headsets have the ability to initiate voice dialing on the cell phone, but the phone must support this feature. Note that while some mobile phones have the voice dialing feature, they may not allow a Bluetooth headset to initiate it. Refer to your user's manual or contact your cell phone provider for specific information about your phone.

I use it with the voice commands that's on the phone. ex. call people from your phonebook or use it with my Note3 commands to open apps and take pictures(say shoot or smile etc)

I have used it with two different smartphones and both have voice commands that work with headset
