If you purchased it from best by and used a credit card or bank card, they will be able to pull up your purchase via the card number. If you have a rewards account, you will be able to access the transaction from it.

Please try again later.They can bring out your transaction from your Best Buy card and they will be able to return them if it hasn't been passed the 15-day Mark so make sure you take them back ASAP regardless if they're in a box or not if it's past the 15-day Mark you'll get a store credit but make sure you take them back now if you want your money back they can always bring up the receipt from your Best Buy card or even a store credit card
