This is a Plantronics bluetooth not Panasonic.

Connect only one device or phone at a time whichever is very important for you . Deactivate or delete the unnecessary devices. When you have too many unnecessary devices connected, then you would face this kind of problems. I have had the same problems . I’m very sure that’s signal interferences
