Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You remove the plastic ear cuff with a little pressure. and turn it around to fit the ear of your choosing. Also, push the inner plastic piece into the ear for a more comfortable fit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It can be used with or without the over ear clip. I tend to be active so I utilize the clip. To switch ears just pull the clip off and put it back on the opposite way. For less active situations it can be used without the over ear clip. Either way is very comfortable.
