You're not going to get a straight answer, just like none of us will. Your best bet is to just use a wired headset. Most bluetooth headsets will do what yours is doing. There is no way to change the settings on the headset or in your phone settings. It's an issue with the headset itself, but they'll never tell you what it is.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My bluetooth is echoing. I have had it for only 3 weeks now. Today is March 24, 2021. Should I return it for another one?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had some tell me there was echo but when I turning the volume down it diminished almost completely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just a phone can cause an echo with a bad connection. The headpiece only connects to your phone. Hanging up and calling back should correct the issue. If it happens all the time and with different callers you might have a defective product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Under normal usage you shouldn't hear audio issues like echo or static, this is not considered normal but there are a few troubleshooting steps you might be able to try. you can fix most audio and connectivity related issues by resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset. To do so: 1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices. 2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. 3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. If this does not fix your issue, we suggest pairing the headset to another cell phone as a test. If the issue is not present on the second phone, then the problem may be with the first phone, rather than the headset. If the issue exists on the second phone as well, you will need to replace the headset.
