It will let you know when a phone is connected and disconnected. It will say phone 1 or phone 2.

The 11 hours of talk time is great! The headset will periodically let you know how much talk time is left and let you know when it is time to charge. It will announce incoming call, doesn’t say which phone or announce the caller. This is a great headset, I only wish that it came with more than one ear piece. Definitely worth buying.

No. It just says "incoming call." The only thing good about this device is the standby time and talk time. Other than that - don't waste your $. Get the Voyager Legend instead.
