• Mine is just one big volume dial, one way all volume gone an the other way loud, an I'm not confusing the actual volume dial ether

• The RIG 800HS does feature a game and chat audio balance control that allows you to adjust them. This feature requires to the headset's wireless adapter to be connected to both a USB port and also to your PS4's optical audio output and if you have a PS4 slim you won't be able to use the audio balance feature since it lacks an optical audio output.

• You can only adjust one volume, but there is a dial control that allows you to adjust priority for game or chat. This effectively suppresses sound from game when the dial is turned all the way to chat mode, and vice versa.

• There is a dial that sets priority to chat mode or game mode that will gradually suppress one or the other depending where the dial is set. Very effective. There is only one volume control, to control overall sound volume. The game/chat dial is a separate dial.
