• I am 5' 10" and the stride length is comfortable for me. The peddles are a bit angled back so I find myself using my toes and cannot keep my feet comfortably flat.

• Stride Length: 5" (10" VERTICAL). This is really a vertical Stepper/Elliptical and so I would say it is as high or higher.
