• If you enter the Dolby code on your Microsoft account, you will be able to use the code for both platform. Once you enter the code onto your Xbox, the account associated with the Xbox can be used to download Dolby onto your pc also.

• The code is for only one device/platform and apparently it only applies to connected sound system the application for headphones is separate.
