A:AnswerSame here. From everything I can find, there's two reasons for most stores being out of stock of this. First, it was far more popular than expected. Apparently in Japan its even worse. Secondly, the Coronovirus has impacted production on this, joycons themselves, and the new model Switches coming out.
Hoping this comes back in stock before my GCU expires in a month!
A:AnswerYes, you need a Switch console to play the game. You, theoretically could use the Switch Lite as well but you’d need separate joy con controllers and would have to look at the small screen so a standard Switch model is best.
There is a ‘Multitask Mode’ where the Ring Con will record your reps when you don’t have the game on, but you need to head back to the game, on the console, to retrieve that data.
A:AnswerYes. The strap is fully adjustable and has stretch. The end uses Velcro to attach to itself anywhere. I’d have to be a very tiny leg but, in theory, you could wrap the strap around your leg a second time if you needed the loop to be that small.
