Yes. The strap is fully adjustable and has stretch. The end uses Velcro to attach to itself anywhere. I’d have to be a very tiny leg but, in theory, you could wrap the strap around your leg a second time if you needed the loop to be that small.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is adjustable. My son is pretty thin and is 6 years old and fits great. You might want to recalibrate the ring to your kids strength. As I calibrated to my strength and my son had trouble with the ring squeeze. Recalibrate and is perfect.

I had to feed the strap through the buckle, then go around my 6 year old's leg backwards, through the buckle again and then clasp it. You can get it pretty sung, but if you get into the game and really start moving, it's going to slide down your leg, doesn't matter who you are.
