- Answer Yes it records as long as you have a ring protect subscription it will work and record to the the cloud. Don’t worry about capacity ring has you covered

QuestionHello! My question is that if this is installed at my parent's home, and they cannot be reached by phone, would I be able to open up the line and talk to them? They cannot stop bumping their phones off the hook or can't hear the phone ring.
