Infrared LEDs have a faint red glow when they're on. That's what you're seeing are the infrared (night vision) LEDs. You'll notice in early morning the colors will be off for objects, for example, reds bricks look blue, blue levis jeans look orangish. This is the camera mixing infrared colors with normal colors.
