“I live in a townhouse and I was made aware by a neighbor that we cannot drill holes into the siding. So, I cannot properly mount the Spotlight Cam to the siding. Currently using Gorilla mounting tape. Anyone have any other ideas?”

Try heavy duty velcro.

Try using pure silicone RTV adhesive. Squeeze out a wade, place camera and tape in place until dry, wipe off excess before it drys!
