“Is the ring flood light cam the only one that can be hardwired into the light fixture? I have no doorbell and don’t want to worry with batteries. Problem is flood light cam is too muchlight need a regular light or one flood light cam that I can hardwire”

If you buy an extra battery, you can have continuos coverage, and mount this unit anywhere within WiFi range. It only uses one battery at a time, and I found that the battery lasts approximately a month before the unit switches over to the second battery. You can check the health of the unit anytime through the app, so battery power works well for me. While I’m not sure it can be hard wired, between the battery and the cameras capabilities, I think it’s worthy of reconsidering “ not being bothered” by batteries..you could likely go two months between battery swaps with two batteries...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The spotlight cam can be hardwired as well. I do not know if it will fit in the same manner as a floodlight cam, but you can purchase a wired version versus battery version.
