“Does the wired version have a battery backup in case the power goes out. And, if so how long would the battery backup last.”

• I don’t believe it has a battery backup but if you go with the wireless battery version version you can go with the solar panel which I have that works great. The only problem is if the power goes out either way you won’t be connected to WiFi so I am not sure if the recordings would actually be made in that case anyway even with battery or solar backup.

• Hi KP, Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, no. In order for your Spotlight Cam Wired to function it needs to remain plugged in at all times.
