A:AnswerYou can do a search on your phone if you accidentally deleted it or moved it. But all you have to do is go back to Google Play store or your iPhone app and reinstall it. Log into your account and your information will still be there.

A:AnswerWe've had one working since autumn in rain, snow, and sleet. It has survived it all. Obviously if ice-covered it won't function, but how often does that happen? Only once for us, and that was just a week or so ago. Still purring along fine after that, too!
A:AnswerHi Tinker74,

A:AnswerIn the app settings you can change the sounds of the notifications for each one separately, the doorbell and motion. You can also turn off this sounds or the notifications all together. I would just make sure that all those settings are correct. Mine works perfectly. Good luck I hope this helps.
A:AnswerFirst question would be what are you mounting to? Flat surface - wood, brick or masonry WITHOUT electrical power wiring - probably not too difficult. If you are trying to attach to an existing doorbell electrical box like I was, then big problems. My install uses the old doorbell wires for 24 volt electrical input so I don't have to recharge every so often. Hence my problem trying to attach to the existing box. For more info see my response posted today under the above Nickname.
A:AnswerIf you have an existing, powered doorbell, you can wire it to that power source. If not, it has a rechargeable battery (USB charging cord included) which they say will last a year depending on activity. It then operates wirelessly.
