- Answer This doorbell or any of the Ring Doorbells does not come with a chime. I use the Ring Chime Pro for both of my doorbells. I have one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

- Answer Yes you will just have to place it outside and mount it and charge battery weekly or get a solar panel for it that will charge it.
