A:AnswerHello Joseph, good questions! No, we do not offer a bundle package that has two doorbell devices in it. They would need to be purchased individually. Yes, you are able to control multiple doorbells and cameras within the Ring app and with a Ring Protect Plan in place on both devices you could access past video footage with up to 60 days of cloud based storage. Here is a helpful article regarding the Ring Protect Plan options available to you: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001671383-General-Information-on-Ring-Protect-Subscription-Plans.

A:AnswerHi Customer111.
Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. The Ring Video Doorbell Wired requires existing doorbell wiring for power supply. However, the Ring Video Doorbell Wired does not sound your existing doorbell chime. To hear audio alerts in your home, pair with a Ring Chime, compatible Alexa device, or select the Video Doorbell Wired + Chime bundle.

A:AnswerHi Crusader.
Thank you for your question today! No, the Ring Video Doorbell Wired does not have a backup battery. The Ring Video Doorbell Wired must be hardwired to an existing doorbell system or transformer with 10–24 VAC, 40 VA max, and 50–60 Hz for continuous charging.

A:AnswerBattery Ring models will work with existing door chime. Most Wired Ring models will not because the wiring to the unit is no longer an open-closed loop to ring the chime, but converted to feed needed transformer power to operate the Ring camera. Ring does offer a separate Blue Tooth device to get around this problem. It can be purchased separately or packaged with certain Ring models. If you have an Alexi device (I use the Echo Show 5) this also can be used to solve the problem.
