A:AnswerYes you can control the volume through the App for the outside doorbell and your phone. I was never able to get the Chime to work. It only rang once or twice then constantly went off line. The Chime is worthless, but you can connect the Doorbell to your Alexa. That worked great.
A:AnswerIt uses the power from your existing doorbell transformer. I believe it's 18-24 volts, but I never measured it. Once installed, the App gives you power status.
A:AnswerHello,
Are you referring to the wedge or corner kits for this device? The Video Doorbell Wired can be adjusted to point in directions other than straight forward through the use of a wedge or corner kit and those can be purchased separately through Ring here:

A:AnswerHello DavePC,
Ring's Video Doorbell Wired does not sound your existing doorbell chime. To hear audio notifications in your home, pair with a Ring Chime, compatible Alexa device, or select the Video Doorbell Wired + Chime bundle.

A:AnswerHello VonA,
Good question! Quick Replies is a smart doorbell feature, similar to an answering machine for your door, available for select Ring video doorbells in the US and Canada. Quick Replies is not available for Video Doorbell (1st Gen) or Ring Video Doorbell 2 (discontinued). You can enable or disable Quick Replies at any time in the Ring app. Once the feature is activated and someone rings your doorbell, the visitor will hear a pre-selected message and can leave a reply, unless customized otherwise. There’s no subscription required for Quick Replies. However, only Ring Protect Plan subscribers will be able to access and review recordings of Quick Replies interactions in their Event History.
Here is a helpful support article with more detailed information regarding Quick Replies: https://ring.com/support/articles/ztd70/Setting-up-Quick-Replies-in-the-Ring-App.
