“Can the volume on the ringer be lowered?”

• Yes you can control the volume through the App for the outside doorbell and your phone. I was never able to get the Chime to work. It only rang once or twice then constantly went off line. The Chime is worthless, but you can connect the Doorbell to your Alexa. That worked great.

• Hello mickb, Yes, the volume on the doorbell can be customized to your liking through the Ring app. Simply click on the device, then click on General Settings, then adjust the volume settings control bar under Ringer.
