  • QuestionIs there an estimated available date for this Pre Order?

    Asked by B00803.

    • Answer This is a lie. Ring only ships it out to the stores it said first and then other retailers will get it later so it can be weeks or months until bestbuy carries it. I even contacted ring and bestbuy about this. Really misleading.

  • QuestionMy existing door bell is mounted on the left side of the door, thus does not face forward. What are my options as I do not want a battery that will go dead.

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer There are angled mounts you can buy fairly expensively. That way it will still point toward the way people will walk up to the door.

    Asked by Johnny.

    • Answer This one does not come with mounting wedges, but can be ordered seperately if the view does not cover what you want, although it is a very good coverage because of the convex lens.

  • QuestionDoes this connect to my existing house chime? If not, which ring wired door bell does?

    Asked by AndriaK.

    • Answer Hi Sigmund. We appreciate the time you have taken to ask this question. Yes, the Ring Video Doorbell Wired requires existing doorbell wiring for power supply. However, the Ring Video Doorbell Wired does not sound your existing doorbell chime. To hear audio alerts in your home, pair with a Ring Chime, compatible Alexa device, or select the Video Doorbell Wired + Chime bundle. A Ring Wired Doorbell Plus or Ring Wired Doorbell Pro can be connected to an existing, compatible chime kit for power and to trigger your existing chime when someone presses the doorbell button.
