QuestionCan the volume on the ringer be lowered?

- Answer Yes you can control the volume through the App for the outside doorbell and your phone. I was never able to get the Chime to work. It only rang once or twice then constantly went off line. The Chime is worthless, but you can connect the Doorbell to your Alexa. That worked great.

QuestionCan the doorbell cam be adjusted for distance? I would only want alerts if someone is close to my door(10-15 ft). Don’t want to get alerts for every car that goes up or down my street.

- Answer It uses the power from your existing doorbell transformer. I believe it's 18-24 volts, but I never measured it. Once installed, the App gives you power status.

QuestionI bought this model the other day. I have also been to 10 major stores near me and cannot find any type of mounting kit. Not a single mounting kit, there was another person looking for same thing I was, cant find one anywhere, why is is so difficult?
