Yes I have a ring on the front door and a spotlight ring for the back yard. I can see both on the app. You tap on one or thr other to look at that view to look at a bigger picture.

Yes, the Ring app is designed to be able to setup multiple locations with different devices at each location. Whenever you setup a new device you will get an option to choose a location as well as enter a new one if needed. Devices within the Ring app may also be moved between your locations if needed.
