Excellent value! I can’t believe I wanted this long to purchase the ring doorbell. This is an excellent value for both items. I like the wired version, don’t have to worry about batteries. Another excellent feature is the syncing with my Alexa devices. I feel much more secure with these items. If you’re on the fence, take the plunge, you won’t be disappointed!

I recently purchased the Ring Chime Generation 2, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I was excited to enhance my home security system, especially since my Ring Doorbell works perfectly. However, the installation process for the Chime has been incredibly frustrating. Despite following all the recommended steps from Ring Support—resetting the Chime, restarting my Wi-Fi, and even routing my Wi-Fi ports to ensure compatibility—I still cannot get the Chime to connect. I’ve attempted everything suggested, yet the device continues to fail during setup, displaying persistent error messages. While I appreciate the functionality of my Ring Doorbell, the Chime has been a major disappointment. I expected a seamless integration, but this has turned into a lengthy hassle. I hope Ring can improve the setup process for their Chime devices in the future. If you’re considering purchasing the Ring Chime, be prepared for potential installation difficulties, even if you have a well-functioning Ring Doorbell.

Great picture. Very sensitive motion detector, I get a notification when the wind blows my shrubs. I hate that you have to purchase a plan for recordings. I wish I could’ve used my original doorbell chime instead of having to use the ring chime.

Super easy install even if you’re not tech or electrical savvy. Just be sure to check your voltage to see if it’ll comply with your existing doorbell transformer. Otherwise so far I love this product. I canceled my vivint account because this doorbell camera was a great price and there is $0 monthly fee.

Great ring camera to add to the collection of my other ring cameras and my guard dog. I’ve always preferred ring floodlight cameras, but whenever there’s a package to drop off, I’ll get a motion alert along with all the other motion alerts so sometimes I don’t check them but since this has a specific button and you can make it have a specific sound whenever the ring doorbell button is pressed vs motion then you will know that there is actually somebody at the door dropping something off..

Easy set up. Definitely have to use the doorbell hook up transfer wire or camera will not connect. Only downside as I only wanted to use the chime it came with not use my existing. Good quality picture.

I love it. Since i didnt have a peephole on my door i decided this was best. Plus i get ti see on my tv whose at my door. Will be purchasing more cameras for around my home. Its very clear and i can hear it clearly when others are talking. It gets what i needed to get done

I like my Ring doorbell but it was kind of challenging to set up. The person who got it together did everything correctly. But we had to call support team and it was good.

Nothing better than watching ups, fedex or amazon throwing your things on the deck or wipe dog poop off their feet with your package (thanks amazon delivery!)
