• VOX Tivo Roamios all have voice remotes. The antenna and wireless you have should work fine. See: https://support.tivo.com/articles/FAQ/Roamio-Built-In-Wireless-FAQ

• Yes it will. The new one does have the voice remote, though I have not used one of them yet.

• If you have Wi-Fi, then yes it will work. That's what it's designed for. You will need an HDMI port on your TV. Works best with strong Wi-Fi connection. I recommend a minimum of 20Mbps. More is better, especially if you're streaming multiple devices.
