A:AnswerThis cable is definitely overkill and I wouldn't say it would give you a better picture than the rocketfish 4k. The demos at best buy aren't fake or tampered with in any way, most settings/picture quality settings are stock.

A:AnswerThe cable I received was defective. Tested a $10 cable and experienced no issues. Best Buy won’t accept it back because the package is open. Obviously I’d need to open it to figure out it’s defective. Best Buy is ridiculous. Good luck buying this cable!
A:AnswerI don't have the equipment to test that. I can tell you that it handles a 3840 x 2160 resolution @ 120HZ from my PC to TV with no problems. Have been using it daily like that for a month now.
A:AnswerThese are quality 18Gb Ethernet enabled cables. I’m not sure how much of a lag you experience, but this is merely a transmit/receive cable, so lag is generally a function of the computer speed, video card, and memory settings on the computer. I’d take a look at those first before investing more in the process.
