• there should be an optical plug on both they will only aline one way has in the shape of the plug and plug each end into the port they go into you may need to tell the tv to use it in the options in the sound menu

• First find the location of the optical insert for both your TV & Blu Ray Player. Once you find them use a optical cable to connect the 2 together. Remeber not all TVs and Players are equip with an optical insert to connect the 2.
