- Answer Sounds like you want an A/B switch not a splitter. I have this splitter at home but it will display on both TVs at the same time. I simply turn on the TV I want to view it on (leaving the other one off) though because I didn't want to mess with an A/B switch. This method has worked just fine for me.

QuestionI have a Panasonic 4K Blu Ray player and a Samsung Standard Blu Ray player. I like using the 4K Player for Blu-Rays and UHD Blu-Rays and the Standard for DVDs. Will there be any problems having both hooked up through this splitter? Thank you.

- Answer As far as I have experienced, it takes a signal from one source and projects it onto multiple devices. It will not send different than your primary source. For that you would need a video switch

QuestionWill this work with a gaming pc and two 4k HDR TVs, one with a 8ft hdmi cable and one in another room with a 24 foot hdmi cable? Other splitters allow 4k one one tv, but only 1080p on the second TV, and have trouble with HDR. Will your splitter work?

- Answer It works great! I needed to use rocket fish cables, 8ft and 24 ft. With a cheaper splitter and cables, I was having issues, especially when turning on hdr on the computer. Now, if there was only a way to stop the splitter from turing off both tvs when I just want to turn off the TV connected to output. The other splitter did not do that.

- Answer I have the same issue. I read that turning off the CEC function would stop sound traveling. I have my sound bars hooked up to each TV by an optical wire, but I'm still worried that it would cause more issues.

- Answer Hi, it is possible to use this device to do what you want to do. However if you have an av, receiver that has hdmi why don’t you let that do your switching for you unless, you are trying to share the same image from the same input. What this splitter is going to do is split the same output to go to two different sources. I used this to split the same image that I had to two different monitors. Hopefully you find this helpful
