Q: QuestionWhat is the temperature rating for this cable?I want to use this cable on a covered patio application with outdoor speakers. The cable will see temperature extremes in the winter and summer (North East USA). What is the temperature rating for this cable?

Q: QuestionIs product RF-G1148 two-conductor speaker wire?Our new stereo speakers call for 2-conductor speaker wire of either 18, 16 or 14-guage. We purchased the above product which is 16-guage, but didn't mention being 2-conductor. Does 2-conductor simply mean the wire splits, you skin each side and then hook each up to the appropriate slots on the receiver?

• A:Answer You described it 2 conductor correctly. There are some wires (e.g. for subwoofer or in-wall wiring) that carry 4 conductors so you only have 1 cable to pull through.
