Not sure about the temperature rating but I’m from San Antonio Texas gets extremely hot in the summertime I’m using these wires for my outdoor speaker system haven’t had any issues Good quality wire

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.just think of speaker wire in the car it seems to be fine so what is the difference of putting it outside nothing but keep it dry and tucked away from damage so probably good to attach it to the patio theres your answer go ahead and enjoy

Please try again later.speaker cable is used in cars and it sees heat and cold all the time and it is cheap wire and it seems to be okay so i can't see why it should be any different outside just make sure it stays dry from rain and snow and make sure it doesn't get pinched on the patio by anything or walked on or it will short the wire eventually so yes it will be just fine
