A:AnswerYes, it moves up and down and even tilts upward or downward once you have it wherever you want it. Lots of motion! Works in the corner of my rectangular room so I can go sideways or up /down.
A:AnswerCorrect. It is very easy to adjust. No need for tools once it is setup. I just do strongly recommend when you set it up to find your studs to mount it so it stays sturdy on the wall.

A:AnswerI am having the same issue wanting to install in a built in cabinet and need the are to extend out beyond my 22 in depth. Have you gotten a straight answer? Response to your question that I read said she thought it would only extend out maybe 20 inches.
